July Meeting
I would like to be a part of the UTAUG, but I just found out that it existed a couple of weeks ago. I see that your monthly meetings are usually on the first tuesday of the month, however this month the first tuesday is the 4th of July.
My question is: Will there be a meeting on the 4th of July or will it be changed to another day?

Next UTAUG meeting is the *SECOND* Tuesday in March
The March (next) meeting will be held at the SLC library again at 7:00 but will be held on the second Tuesday. This deviation from the first Tuesday applies only to March because of a scheduling conflict with the SLC chapter of the Gerbil Dairy and Grooming Association of America whose yearly trade show is using our time slot in March this year.

Details for next UTAUG meeting
We have received reservations for the Salt Lake City Main Library. Reservations are for the first Tuesday of Feb, Apr, May, and Jun. All rooms were booked on March 7th, so I got reservations for March 14th (2nd Tuesday). If the 2nd Tuesday won't work, we can cancel it and find alternate accomodations. I have requested for the longest period I can. Requests for rooms for the second half of the year may be submitted starting in May, should we find the facilities adequate I will file another request.
We'll see on February 7th if the room size and setup (tables, chairs, screen, etc) work for us. I have not rented an LCD projector as our organization is broke, but hopefully one of us (not me) have access to one that can be brought. Power and network jacks are available on the wall, though they are limited in number. There is wireless networking available. The wireless requires clicking-through on a web page before access is granted. I might recommend that I bring an access point so we can have our own network to play with should we do any Asterisk demonstrations or setups.
