Does anybody know how to type the upside down "!" like they have in Spanish? It would be great to be able to use those so people know the sentence needs emphasis before they finish reading it. Otherwise, especially with long sentences, it is too late by the end of the sentence.

UTAUG Meeting tomorrow at the SLC library downtown at 7:00PM. I forsee problems down the road with these announcements. Each time I make an announcement I want to emphasize the importance of the announcement with "*" and "!" characters and all caps. however, if all the announcements are like this, even really important announcements no longer stand out. If anybody has any suggestions, I am all ears.
